Hot Rod Sued By DJ Oakenfold's DadRock legend Rod Stewart is being sued for booting a football at DJ Paul Oakenfold's father-in-law.
Vincenzo Costa, 61, has filed papers claiming negligence, assault and causing emotional distress.
He says he's suffered from convulsions and was taken to hospital after Rod kicked the ball into the crowd at a gig in Los Angeles back in September
Soccer nut Rod, a huge Glasgow Celtic fans, traditionally hurls footballs into the audience at the end of his shows.
At the time Oakenfold's wife Angela said: "Dad was in an awful state. I was terrified he'd had a heart attack".
Vincenzo had four hours of tests before getting the all clear.
Two years ago Rod fan Steve Tudor claimed a ball broke his finger at a show in Cardiff.
